Welcome to our personal psychological services based in a private peaceful setting in Thornlands. We provide holistic psychology and counselling services for families, children/adolescents, adults and couples. All of our therapists are clinically trained psychologists with a wide range of skills and have different interests and expertise including but not exclusive to cognitive behaviour therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, mindfulness and family therapy approaches.

The principal psychologist, Helen Kershaw also holds a master degree in play therapy and has a wealth of social work experience and qualifications achieved in the United Kingdom. As such she brings a unique strengths based approach to supporting children and families in times of need. With an extensive expertise in play therapy and the founder of Kidzontrack child centred therapeutic centre she is dedicated to providing a play therapy service within an evidenced based framework for children in need of support.

All of our therapists are committed to providing a uniquely personal, empathic service and hold the utmost respect for every client’s confidentiality.

Our clinic is easily accessible by public transport and has plenty of on-site parking.
